Incident Detail Report

Date of Offense: July 10, 2007
Location: MD – Rockville
A self-described ‘CELL’ of a communist AND anarchist network of groups trash a recruiting office
July 10th, 2007 - In an attempt to discover how a bunch of murdering cowards like the US Air Force enjoy finding themselves on the other end of some flying projectiles for a change, at around 3:00 AM this morning an autonomous cell of the Red & Anarchist Action Network (RAAN) used bricks and other common household items to smash the shit out of the Air Force recruiting center in Rockville, Maryland.

Do we even need to explain the motivation for our actions?

A shout out to our comrades from the Borf: Revolution or Bust Faction (BORFROBF), who late last year gave a similar treatment to the military recruitment center in Silver Spring. Consider this a modest response to your "dare to those here in the heart of the imperial beast to step it up". In suburbs so hollow, may the echo of our actions be long and loud!

Big ups to all those out there who claim RAAN. Fuck them haters who don't realize we are but a few of the millions of ant's bites which can topple this elephant once and for all.

The anarchists also argue about how toe bring the system down here:

What, the military? The Air Force shoots missiles with depleted uranium warheads and you are comparing this to some broken windows? The Air Force that normalizes its vast destruction of people's lives as collaterial damage? I don't think we want to win the Air Force, nor anyone that would hold this institution up with esteem. We can win individuals, even individuals within the Air Force, but I don't care two spits if someone calls the Air Force what they are. We don't give ground to popularly hated institutions like Wallmart. Why are the enforcers to be treated as possible allies but those that benefit from its enforcement we can attack as the faceless and lifeless institutions they are?

I think you are actually saying that you don't think individuals within the Air Force should be targetted, as they are workers like anyone else. I don't think I would give them this kind of weight, but RAAN's actions are condemning the institution of the Air Force and not necessarily the individuals within it.

It makes it hard for you to be an anarchist because of broken windows? This makes it hard for you to do community organizing? Show some solidarity, that's how you build community. Moderates try to play nice, we rally those people that find our passion appealing. If you want a vapid community that shrinks from the smallest of actions, you aren't
